Will Kasumi be a dateable NPC in the future? I am on the mobile port version so I’m not aware if that is a feature on PC. Just curious!
Not planned, at least for now. I don’t have any good idea for relationship mechanics that would fit her personality/routines.

can we have new underwear? like maybe a bin or box could hold them all and i presume you could add new ones right?
will you add new clothes in next updates? or maybe hangers? It would be cool to hang clothes on hangers, or put shoes on shelves. And when will the Shoujo City update be released? Not anime city, but specifically Shoujo city.
Update for SC 3D is coming later this year, but I don’t know any specific dates.

I don’t know. Every character with relationship mechanics require a few hundred lines of unique dialogues, so this can’t be done fast.
Will the exhibits in the future museum be about ancient Japanese history or modern Japanese history?
Ancient (until Meiji restoration). The goal is basically to provide answers for all the questions in school history tests.

Will the history picture books in the library be available one day?
No. I don’t have any illustrations for them. And there isn’t any particular reason to invest time/work into those books.
Will we be able to have longer hair in the game?
Yes, more hairstyle are coming in the future.

This is a bug, will be fixed in next update (April). For now you can just turn off the tutorial and continue playing, it’s almost the end of tutorial anyway.
