Depending on camera angle, conbini or sports ground can stress CPU/GPU due to number of objects within camera view. Resulting in lower fps. You can improve overall performance by disabling shadows and antialiasing. The only other solution is getting a more powerful device. For consistent 30+ fps across all locations, you need a device with Antutu score 500K+ (both for Android and iOS).

It’s odd. I went to play store to download but it says device not compatible. But my device is up of the requirements. I borrowed my friends phone of the same model and brought it, and it works.

I can’t explain it without knowing all the details, sorry. If it works on another device, I think it’s logical to assume there is some difference. E.g., your device has less than 3 GB RAM. Or it has a custom firmware and not recognized by Google as an official Tecno device.
