New Clothes and Inventory

A new video showcasing some clothing/customization options in Shoujo City 3D. Both player character and dateable girls have several equipment slots for changing clothes and accessories. 9 slots are implemented already, with 3 more (choker, gloves, hair accessories) to be added as yet. Apart from making your character to look unique, this feature will be used in the game for cosplay missions, where you’ll have to walk around the city and obtain several cosplay items to complete some outfit of an anime character.

I assume you ask if there will be any paid content? The demo will be free, in the future some content will be paid. This new 3D remake is happening now solely thanks to people who thought Shoujo City 2D is worth three dollars of their money. After saving up the money I got for long time I was finally able to buy a used Mac Mini, install Unity and Blender (my old PC wasn’t even able to start them), and begin working on Shoujo City 3D. That’s how it works, and that’s why nothing can be 100% free. Every bought key is a contribution from people who like this project towards its future development and improvement – and everybody can see with their own eyes now that this game does improve a lot thanks to their contributions.

Thanks for your support. Earning money in the new version will be possible through catching and selling squirrels (implemented about 50% at this point), and working in a local cafe, where you’ll have to actually cook food according to recipes and serve it to customers. (implemented about 10% now).

I’ll think about it when and if the game becomes popular enough for somebody to actually care to create new clothes. That’s not something I’m even taking into consideration right now.

This game is being developed now, not yet released. The first alpha/demo for PC & Mac should be released around September – October this year.

It’s difficult to predict anything at this point. A lot of my future plans will depend on how much (or how little) interest and feedback I’ll get after releasing the first alpha build for PC. So right now I’m working solely on the PC version.

First of all, thanks for your game. I play 2D version and really enjoy it!
I’ve seen you will be released on Steam soon. How much is the game going to cost? Haven’t played a 3D version yet, are there many differences with 2D one?
